Mitchell Steadman is a rare name.  There are only two other recorded Mitchell Steadman people that I have ever found. One is a younger boy who lives in the United States.  The other lived in Scottland in the early 1800s.  So I guess whether you are a Steadman, Mitchell Steadman, ect.. as long as you have the Steadman name that  your ancestors are probably from Scotland. I currently live in South Carolina.  I served 10 years in the U.S. Navy. Military was fun stuff.
